*Responsibilities
Manage the implementation of the Corporate HR Strategy within the EMEA region and provide overall HR service to managers and employees. Contribute to HGST's success by implementing programs and policies that address our employees' needs and attract and retain the best talent available. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

* Work with employees and managers to address and resolve employee relations issues
* Ensure compliance with employment law and regulations
* Provide support in the attraction and selection of new talent including sourcing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding new employees
* Management and administration of corporate HR programs for all employees in EMEA region, including semi-annual performance management process, short-term incentive bonus cycle, merit increase cycle, long-term incentive programs, talent assessment, leadership and employee development programs and training
* Working as part of the team developing HR systems world wide covering compensation tools,job architecture and business transformation projects
* In partnership with corporate compensation, participate in annual salary surveys and ensure salary structures are in line with market
* Benefits administration across European countries
* General HR administration including employee handbooks, contracts, HR policies
* Conduct negotiations with works councils across Europe

*Qualifications
* University degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
* Minimum 5-7 years Human Resource experience, ideally with a technology company
* Human Resources experience in UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Russia, Hungary
* Candidate must thrive in a fast paced work environment
* Self-starter who takes inititative to quickly resolve business issues
* Some travel in Europe and the U.S. as required
* Advantage to speak a second language (i.e., French, German, Dutch)
* Position is located in Havant, England

In the fast changing environment, candidates need to be flexible expected to work in any of the following roles :
Independently finding & closing business opportunity at integrators / VAR's
Working the sales floor of our distributors to manage brand awareness and close sales opportunities on an as required basis
A focussed approach towards demand generation of mobile, enterprise (both capacity SATA and High performance SAS) and SSD business segments, including TAM and share participation knowledge

This role requires daily travel to customers / distributors throughout the region hence a clean full RUSSIAN / EU driving licence with business insurance is mandatory

This role is office based in Moscow under the direction of the HGST Europe Ltd office in Havant, Hampshire. PO9 1SA

3-5 years sales experience is preferred in IT / Telco / Storage with proven sales success. Technical skills relating to IT, Storage or Telco and sales training would be an advantage.

Need to be a team player but just as importantly self motivated to reach targets. Need to react well to pressure in meeting aggressive sales targets and deadlines

Ensures that customer questions are answered in a timely, courteous and professional manner. The outside sales channel manager will report directly to the VP of sales, G-Technology. Candidate will work closely with the VP, and EU sales team to establish, maintain and grow the EU channel for G-Technology.
Candidate will also interface and maintain key strategic relationships, specifically Apple within the UK.

*Qualifications
-Have excellent and established relationships within the high end post production community within the UK (EU is a plus)
-Have 5+ years in outside sales experience
-Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Have a fluent understanding of the sales forecasting process
-Understand the post production community, and workflows
-have familiarity with pricing. Experience in exchange rate pricing from US dollars a plus
-Be willing to travel in the UK and EU, with occasional travel to US (LA).
